The Banana Song is one of the many songs I have written for my son, Liam. Music is a strong bond between us and I cherish his smiles that appear when I sing to him. Some bands are too cool to do a song like The Banana Song, but not Russell Hill: we're good friends that enjoy creating music and value the connections it makes. Morgan is the lead singer and songwriter for Russell Hill, and I thank Morgan and the band for their generosity on this cut. Willie Walker: lead vocals and mandolin.
