Relative newcomers to the music scene in the Seattle area, Critical Distance came together in the fall of 2015 with a simple goal: play good Rock 'n' Roll, have lots of fun, and put some smiles on some faces. Although we mainly write in the style of 60’s Rock 'n' Roll, you’ll also hear hints of our many other influences, including Blues, Jazz, Soul, Latin, Reggae and more. We hope you enjoy hearing our music as much as we enjoy creating it.

Critical Distance is: Joe O’Malley on guitars and vocals, Van Ramsey on organ, piano and vocals, David McCarty on bass and vocals, and Ben Tompkins on drums.
