All the songs in this album have a history. Some are love stories gone wrong... others are more fun... ! "La Calle" dives into the urban reality of death and betrayal among the places we call home. "Mexican Girl" is a collaboration with a very good friend of mine, and explores a bit into how love breaks community and social barriers. "Si Quisieras" is based on one of my poems, and how we, shy guys, are willing to conquer the world and do anything for that special girl... except talk to her. "No te Vayas de Mi" tries to express what we all have felt when we that special person from our past becomes our friend in social networks, and we realize our feelings were not completely gone... "Zorra Seras" is about that person that left us for our best friend. "No Preguntes" is about returning to someone's life by chance, and realizing that this person is the one we truly missed. "Calentamiento Global" calls everyone to the dance floor and make global warming of the hips an indisputable reality !. "Seco de Esperar" was also a poem, it is about that person that left and how everything that was left behind is waiting. "El Pueblo se ve Igual" is about immigrants that leave their towns in search of a better life, leaving behind their children, wives and families, sometimes returning, sometimes not.
