Scrappy has played guitar in a wide range of bands and with all kinds of singers and rockers. An incomplete list would include Ian Mclagan, Slaid Cleaves, Johnny Nicholas, The Resentments, Ray Wylie Hubbard, Bob Schneider, Jimmie Dale Gilmore and a few more. Every few years over the past couple decades he has put out a recording of his own songs. These records reflect his love of groove, rock and roll, live ensemble playing as well as idiosyncrasy. They were made to convey joy and thanks.
