Peng Africa introduces John-Carol Bukenya and Gisela Gold, two young individuals whose family names already have a mark in the House music industry; they have teamed up in their own right to pursue their love for the music craft. Just Saying is the first release from this very talented duo who not only work on House music but other genres as well. The original track was brought to the attention of Mthulisi Patrick by a mutual friend, and on the very first listen Mthulisi Patrick jumped at signing the track, describing Gisela's voice as an early Janet Jackson in comparison to the superstar's Again track. This package includes the remix talent of some of South Africa's cream of the crop from the underground scene; Lilac Jeans who are described by Mthulisi Patrick as Gems for the now and the future, Blackjean who is no stranger to Peng Africa and also is a member of the renowned 60hertz crew, Kevin Visto also not a stranger to Peng Africa having previously released with the label. DJ Fale also lends his talents with his Stones Dub, look out for Fale's own release under Peng Africa. Last on the remixes is the talented producer of the Keep Dreaming hit, Lele X. As always support the music support the artist Artist bio: John-Carol Bukenya is a classically trained piano player, who has his ear on the pulse of music in many different genres. Younger brother to the late AJ (Artjones) Bukenya, who was breathing fresh air into the South-African house scene until is tragic untimely death, so it comes as no surprise that John-Carol is proudly following in his footsteps. He produced a commercially successful hip hop album for Koldprodukt and is the man behind the house hit titled "Song for you" which was featured on Euphonik's Love of House compilation, amongst other projects he has worked on. Constantly experimenting with the elements of music John-Carol adds a unique flair to each song he touches that manages to maintain respect for the art itself and pay homage to the greats who have influenced him as a kid, and helped to make his entry into the South-African music industry. Gisela Gold is Young, Gifted and Gold.... South African born, Gisela Gold has many talents and passions with music being on the forefront. She's spent the past few years exploring different genres of music and has featured on many hip hop tracks and recently explored house but is most influenced by her deep love for R&B and Reggae music. After cultivating her own style, Gisela feels she is now ready to make her mark in the music industry making waves in South Africa and the rest of the World.
