Professional Losers are Tim Andresen and Steen Thottrup from Copenhagen. They first met at the dance floor at Amnesia (Ibiza) and finally teamed up in the studio in early 2003. Despite the rather unusual name they are more professional than Losers. Now signed to Fatboy Slims Southern Fried, Toolroom Trax, Oven Ready, Wallop Recordings and Frosty Music the Danish duo is on a roll at the moment. Following the critically acclaimed Crazy, Sexy, Hypnotic and Night People on Fatboy Slims mighty Southern Fried imprint, Professional Losers were asked to remix Jesus Jackson (Norman Cook and Roland Clark) and the track went straight in at #1 in the UK Buzz Chart. Despite it hasnt been released yet it is tipped as one of the biggest records for 2007. Add to that more hotly tipped tracks in the pipeline on labels like Southern Fried and Toolroom Trax and the Losers star is fast rising. With continuous support from the Worlds biggest DJs; Pete Tong, Fatboy Slim, Deep Dish, Hernan Cattaneo, Xpress-2, David Guetta, Anthony Pappa, MK & MTV, Seamus Haji and many many more, Professional Losers are described as The next big Danish housers by leading music magazine I-DJ. No strangers to the clubbing scene, they have both been around for nearly two decades. Tim Andresen can best be described as the busiest man in Danish house music and one of the biggest international DJs out of Denmark. Among others he is behind the country's leading international club night Oven Ready and has build the biggest following of any Danish DJ in his home country. Internationally he has played in more than 20 countries across the globe including well known clubs like Fabric, Turnmills and Pacha Ibiza. He has also been responsible for three compilation CDs including MoS' Ministry Sessions exclusively for the Scandinavian market and to add to that he is doing productions/remixes under his own name too. Steen Thottrup has released dance records since 1991 under the guises Miro, Colours, Orange and Twotrups to mention just a few. He has released on labels such as Effective (UK), Hooj Choons (UK), NewState (UK), Milk & Sugar (G) Blanc 'y' Negro (ES) and loads more. His music has always been about keeping it real to the club circuit, stretching from Techno through the genres to chillout at Cafe Del Mar records making him one of the most versatile producers in the music industry today.
