Cristian Sorto, born in Boston, Massachusetts, began singing at his home church of East Boston with his older brother at the age of five. In 2006, his family moved to Atlanta, Georgia where he began to develop his talent of singing. He began playing the guitar at the age of 10. He recorded his first production in 2010 (Solo Por Fe), at the age of 12. Through that production, many lives were reached, young and old, and it opened a door for Cristian to travel to different churches and spread the love of Christ. In 2013, the work began for the second album. In the summer of 2014, He had the chance to record his second album in Orlando, Florida (Mi Roca). That same summer he had the chance to work with two of his favorite musicians, Alex y Melany, and they collaborated on the music video of the song Mi Roca. The music video hit more than 1 million views on YouTube, and the number continues to grow. Cristian continues to travel giving concerts, leading worship, and speaking. He has a passion for writing and composing music, and is working on his third album and on numerous projects. Cristian is currently a senior at an Adventist Academy, where he serves as the Student Association President, and Worship Leader. He plans to attend Southern Adventist University and study theology. “When I was younger my dream was always to record an album, and sing. The Lord has granted me that wish, and I want to continue to live that dream. I want to be an instrument in the hands of God, to reach the lost, and inspire many through my music, through my sermons, and through my testimony.”
