Featuring the music of Sinatra, Tony Bennett, Nat King Cole, Bobby Darin, Elvis and the Beatles, Dan Heath and the Paradise Band have been performing for nearly 7 years at literally hundreds of major events around the midwest. Time and again people have asked where they could purchase CDs or download music from this great band. But with so many gigs and with such busy musicians, getting time in the studio to record a CD proved very difficult. So, the band decided to bring the recording studio to them! Recorded at performances at Huntington University and at the Grand Wayne Center at Fort Wayne, IN, these recordings are live, without enhancement and represent some of the band's most popular songs. Each musician brings decades of performance experience and adds great improv skills that are apparent in each song. From Fort Wayne, IN, the band includes Dan Heath (vocals), Robert Ferguson (guitar), Steve Walley (pianist), David Blackwell (clarinet, sax), Terry Vaughn (drums), Al Parr (trumpet), and Brad Kuhns (bass). The band will be placing a second, and possibly a third, CD with CDBaby soon. We hope you enjoy this mix of ballads, swing, waltz and rock tunes from the 40's through the 70's!
