'The Moment before' is the first official album by Simec, DJ and producer. Since the beginning of his career Simec, use to produce and arranged for several artists from different backgrounds. With this experience at his back, Simec feels the necessity to express artistically and musically himself, beginning from this album. His influences comes from many genres and his productions are always varied. Even maintaining a soul and hip-hop matrix blended with electronic music, witch always mark his style, Simec finally finds his expression key thanks to the perfect blend of a sturdy use of samples and strumental parts. 'The Moment Before' is a trap/alternative electronic album with a strong and rational concept, but as well instinctively made without thinking too much about 'what would be more appropriate' . Each element follows a precise logic in which listeners pay more attention and delight understanding the sound through the personal interpretation.
