-We are really excited about releasing this song! And there's a cool little story behind the intro.. It was April 1st, 2017 (The same night that Rick & Morty Season 3 Episode 1 came out!) and we were playing a fundraiser show at the Forge on Whyte, hosted by BOYEG. After our set was done, for the first time as a band our crowd demanded "One More Song". At this point in time, we literally had no more "show ready" songs available to play... However, we still had a trick up our sleeves...!!! Literally 2 weeks prior, we started writing this new song, all based around one little riff our guitarist came up with.. This song quickly became the center of our focus and we were able to play it all the way through without dropping the ball 9 out of every 10 times. ;P So... here we are on stage, in this moment of.. "Oh man, should we play the new one?" When I (Sabian) recall looking at Jamie (Guitar) and we both had a big smile on our faces... We all knew it, it was time to play the new one! And we played it with all of our hearts! So, our good friend Joe was at the concert recording some video footage and he caught the encore.. When we got back into the studio to record, I added the encore into the song as a kind of keepsake memory for us and everyone involved that night.
