Matt Monta is an Ohio born-and-bred musician who performs original music threaded by folk, blues, and American rock influences. His songs intelligently and poetically tell the stories of those who are often overlooked or have gotten the short end of the stick, whether it be a worn-out lover or a soldier returning from war.
