98TWAN aka Aplus is an up-and-coming artist born and raised on the streets of Oakland, California. Born in the 80's, also known as the crack era, Aplus has been witness to the harsh realities of living in the ghetto. From that an early age he has always had a passion for music and making an impact on the world. Like the late great Tupac Shakur, Aplus doesn't believe in talking about things he hasn't actually seen. Aplus it's not your average drug selling rapper, he also has goals to better the neighborhood he grew up in. Understanding that an education is the best way to make a lasting difference, Aplus has earned two A.A.'s in Psychology and Social and Behavioral Sciences and is in the process of earning a B.S. in Psychology. His passion for music drives him to work on music for countless hours. One of his favorite quotes is "sleep is for those who are broke "-50 Cent, because he stays up all night perfectly his craft.
