T. Thomason has been called a “role model” by the Globe and Mail, and “an important voice in Canadian music” by CBC Music. On July 21st he releases "sweet baby", the first instalment of a 3-EP series bound to cement his place in the Toronto music community he calls home, and alongside other groundbreaking Canadian musicians he admires.

Produced by Dave Henriques (Coalition Music), and featuring Stuart Cameron and Blake Manning (The Heartbroken, Matthew Good), sweet baby builds on the rock beginnings of previous releases, taking them to new territory while retaining Thomason's signature melodic facility and thoughtful lyrics.

In a past life, Thomason has been nominated for Nova Scotia and East Coast Music Awards, and has been a finalist in the Great American Song Contest, the USA Songwriting Competition, and the John Lennon Songwriting Competition. He has shared the stage with Collective Soul, Hey! Ocean, The Trews, and Joel Plaskett. He has played the Ottawa Bluesfest, Toronto Pride, Nova Scotia’s Evolve Festival, and was voted people’s choice at the Emerging Artist Stage, Summerfest, Milwaukee.

More recently, Thomason was named one of 25 Musicians Under 25 You Need to Know by CBC Music, and won the Jack Daniel’s Supporting Act Competition which aided in the completion of sweet baby.
