"On My Way" was written, recorded, and produced by Jerry Maniscalco for a short film (of the same title) by Bobby Telatovich and Stephen Shirley. Jerry's musical experience ranges from musical theater, to classical opera, to rock acapela. His singing experience began in his high school days while involved in musical theater and continued as a member of the United States Naval Academy Men's Glee Club from 2003-2007. During his time with the Glee Club, he was a founding member of the rock acapela group, "The Anchormen". Jerry has been playing guitar since the age of 16 and has recorded three original CD's titled "Take What's Left and Make It Right", "One", and "On My Way". He is also a two-time guest artist for the military veteran singer-songwriter project "Operation Encore". His contributions included the songs "Wake Up" and "Waiting", as well as "We Are"- an uplifting anthem that underlines themes of common struggle and unity. He draws inspiration from classic rock greats such as Jimi Hendrix and Led Zeppelin. His intriguing lyrics and vocals are reminiscent of more contemporary artists such as John Mayer and Dave Matthews.
