John worked on this project while at the same time scoring for the independent fan film Star Trek:Aurora. While working on Star Trek:Aurora john become inspired to compose this CD. A total of 10 songs was written for this project with 8 making the final cut. A music video was also created featuring the song Heaven & Earth. The song Beyond The Nebula was originally written for the nebula scene for the film Star trek:Aurora but was cut from that project as being too electronic for the scene.
