Emma Bea Place is an 18 year old American country pop singer and songwriter. Originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma, Emma is now based in Los Angeles, California. Emma began singing at the age of three, and at the age of six began playing the violin. When she was eight years old, Emma received a guitar and at the age of 12 began songwriting. After attending a songwriting workshop at the age of 14, Emma began to seriously build her song repertoire. Throughout high school Emma was a frequent performer in singer-songwriter showcases, and in 2012 she independently released her first demo. At the age of 18, Emma moved to Los Angeles to record her first studio EP. Produced by Bill Bell, the EP consists of three songs which showcase Emma's impressive songwriting abilities, each song carefully crafted to appeal to both country and pop fans.
