Fronted by Richard MacLeod (ex Boxer the Horse basser), Wildcat is a Charlottetown rock group formed with members from The North Lakes and English Words. Their live show is a high tempoed, sweaty revelry focused on pulsing melodic charm. Recently the group won Music PEI's Rock Recording of the Year for their self titled debut album.

In April 2014 the band released two new singles 'Tame' and 'Back In Town'. 'Tame' showcases the bands surf style while 'Back In Town' is a straight up rock song, being a main highlight in their live set. This summer the band is recording an EP which they will tour across Canada in the fall.
