This is Carpal Tullar's seventh full length album. It was written, performed, and recorded by Asheville's Chris Tullar in his home studio. It is a song cycle with something for everyone - personal yet accessible, funny and sad, exciting and soothing, strange but familiar.

The subject matter is diverse: from a song about having a song without words stuck in your head (a narrative about itself) to a bilingual song about a housewife who's had enough, to one about a person confined to an iron lung finding a way to go out on the town, to the closing song about a band explaining to its audience that they don't play encores, you are almost guaranteed to find something you like here.
