These songs were inspired by my life experiences. They are about loss, growth, discovery, love and joy in relationships of all kinds. I wrote these songs over a long period of transition and recorded them over a 2 year time period in NYC with my brilliant producer Scott Jacoby. There's definitely a vintage soul feel to the album and I love that.
