Jeannie Fry has been playing music since the 1900s. First, in the all girl punk band from Connecticut "Bad Hair" in which she played bass, and then in various incarnations of rock and punk bands of all genders, most notably "Kitty Badass".

After moving to Brooklyn Jeannie encountered the self-described "Lifers", also from the 1900s and they decided to form a new alliance for the new ages. The traditional rock ballads by Jeannie Fry and The Lifers harken back to a simpler time when music was all about broken hearts, melody and poetry. We hope you like their first single "In the Rain". They sure do.
