Plasticstatic专辑介绍：Like every Plasticstatic release, Some Strange Alchemy represents a departure from the sounds of its predecessor. Guitars are present, but this time they provide a supporting role for the electronics that dominate for the duration of the album. More than ever, song structure takes a back seat to sonic beds for succinct lyrical content; eschewing superfluous choruses (and often choruses altogether). For the first time since the band's earliest releases, bits of spoken word occasionally appear. The lyrics may not give it away easily, but this is the most personal album Plasticstatic has released -- and it is their favorite release by far.
