(Metal Assault review) - , the next band P.A.I.D. took the stage and provided the warm-up this crowd needed in order to prepare for the acts to follow. They brought some solid hard rock tunes with them and performed with a sense of energy and purpose. Their vocalist delivered a great performance and not only moved around on the stage but jumped off it on a couple of occasions. Tony Lepre’s guitars sounded excellent even though his backing vocals were too low in volume, and the band’s rhythm section held its own pretty well. This band would have been the perfect opening act for this bill, as they did everything the previous band didn’t do. (Rockwell Unscene review) - PAID is one of many projects the Lepre brothers have put together in the last year and if you want hard, heavy, and in your face music with lyrics that say something and are based on true emotion, this is a band you must see. I had heard music from PAID but never saw them live before this event. When I heard them I was impressed and put them on a HAVE TO SEE list. They not only lived up to what I heard but surpassed it 10 fold when I saw them live. I recommend this band to anyone and everyone ! Joe Allen is a singer/songwriter with a background in Soul, R&B and Reggae and has played extensively as a solo artist. Jeffery Alexander is a songwriter, bass/guitar player and has played in (Black Hole Guns, Peel and Shiner). Chris Lepre, is a songwriter, drummer, and has recorded and toured, in (Sloka, Maleki Theory, Attack of the Rising and CriticalMass). Tony Lepre, is a songwriter, guitar/bass player and has recorded and toured in, (Sloka, Maleki Theory, Attack of the Rising and CriticalMass). The members of P.A.I.D. combine their influences and experiences together, and make their own brand of original, Melodic, Riff Rock – Loud Hard & Heavy !
