Byron Johnston is a young guitarist currently receiving glowing reviews for his performances which encompass and evoke elements of contemporary, world and flamenco music. Byron's debut album Oceano brings about a tremendous fusion of guitar playing styles, which can be both heard on the CD and seen on its accompanying live DVD, filmed to capture the atmosphere and mind blowing playing technique of this rising star. Byron's performances have found him all over the UK in 2005 and 2006 in the lead up to the release of his debut album 'Oceano'. - Recent shows have included the intimate Ruby Blue in London's Leicester Square and the Guildford Festival in Surrey, with estimated audiences of 10,000.
