This album by the popular French early music ensemble Ars Antiqua de Paris was recorded live in Paris at the Sainte Chapelle. An eclectic program of instrumental and vocal music featuring European composers from the 12th to 16th centuries including French court songs and dances, Elizabethan madrigals and galliards and music from 16th century Spain and the Court of Burgundy.
