Amos is a producer, musician, and vocalist in his 20s from Maryland and a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA. Amos’s music is fresh and set apart, mostly known for the musicality, depth and relatability of his songwriting. He credits his creative ability to God, and his songs are inspired by Scripture. Growing up as a preacher’s kid, singing and playing piano in church fueled his love for gospel music. Having grown up in the DMV, an international hub for professional musicians, he has been mentored by musicians of world-famous recording artists in pop, r&b, and gospel genres. Not only does he aspire to share his musical gifts with willing listeners, he is compelled by the love of Christ to spread the gospel and present his life as a living sacrifice to God each day. His debut collection of songs is the equivalent of a personal journal sung to the tune of the gospel. Full of desperate and bold prayers for a heart that no longer conforms to the world (Mark 4), to reject sin and be filled with the Spirit of God (Living Water), and to persevere and follow after the One who knows all things (Everything I Do), these songs dispel the rumors that Christians live lives of perfection. However, in between them are undeniable declarations of God's faithfulness to ensure that we become who we're meant to be (I See You Tomorrow), provide us with the very righteousness needed to please Him (Atonement Song), and forgive us when we confess our sinfulness (Come Home).
