Songwriter Randy Jones grew up in the Bay Area during the 60's and these songs reflect the guitar/vocal blend of that era. There are some great ballads in the vein of his last two albums and of course the rock tunes with the driving bass of ex- doobie brother's bassist Tiran Porter. This album has the raggae laced "Love Makes It All Right", and the emotional "With The Lord By Our Side". "Got To Have That Girl" will be a sleeper that rolls around between the ears for eternity. You will find yourself going back to this album again and again. "My Little Rosie" is a local favorite. Snail lead guitarist Ken Kraft lends some guitar and production talent. The two have been at it again making tunes that stick to the ribs. This is one album you will put on re-play and shuffle. Both acoustic based and electric, there is something for everyone.
