The first release of the year from SoulSmoke comes from label partner Reggie Williams of The King Regards. Having released tracks on various labels over the years, "The Roots" is his debut on the SoulSmoke imprint. Reggie delivers a high energy groover with a dub inspired bassline strictly for deep and dark basements. 2015 will also see RW release a 2 track ep with Ashley Ferrandez titled "Medium Rare" and a 2 track solo EP all coming on the SoulSmoke label.
