The emphasis of the music is to present the natural sounds of the instruments with no synthesized sounds whatsoever. It is derivative in that the roots of the music are Slavic-European in structure, tempo and beat. The form is traditional, usually: Intro, AA, BB, AA, BB, CC with each section in a different key. Some of the vocals are humorous. The principle focus is the Alpine sound of the diatonic button accordion. It is dance music of a specific character and style, but nonetheless, very listenable. It is 'up' in spirit and happy in sound.
