Born August, 1978, gospel singer Troy Ellis started singing in the choir of his church in Jesup, Ga. The age of eleven troy was drawn to the idea of music after hearing his stepfather sing in church. Troy sang and played piano at a small church where his grandmother was a pastor. Troy at the age of sixteen dreamed of singing. He would then begin to sing at local churches and school events. Troy at the age eighteen began writing and recording songs. Troy in 2006 met his wife and became a musician at a church in Hinesville, Ga. Where his wife's parents where the pastors and made him a praise and worship leader. In 2014 Troy's wife and two of his children were brutally attack by a pack of dogs. The emotion that filled troy during this time drove him to express his feeling the way he was gifted too. A few weeks before the incident he wrote a song called favor of GOD. This album released is a very heartfelt list of songs. Life's experiences driving the meaning of his belief in his hero(GOD). Over the years troy has had the opportunity to learn the details of engineering music. God has blessed Troy Ellis as a song writer, a producer, an engineer, and a musician.
