Raymond S. Hinton is a product of Milwaukee’s under-rated diverse, fertile, underground community of artists, musicians, and songwriters. Raymond’s distinct signature sound has enhanced significantly in the past few years. Raymond has been performing in the Milwaukee scene for over a decade now. Born into a family of musicians, he began to play the guitar at the tender age of 12. He’s built up a solid foundation in this city, while developing his unique playing style with elements of classic R&B, blues, jazz, pop, rock, and hip-hop. Blige. Currently, and when not touring, Raymond plays for various local artists. He currently tours with John Legend and Jill Scott as their staff guitarist and has recently launched his own band called "Sucka Punch." …And the list doesn’t stop there! Raymond is a phenomenal drummer, bassist, song producer, and studio musician. He has unlimited talents and his unique sound will always keep you guessing…yet yearning for more.
