PR DepARTment is a collaborative effort between Vermont MC/Producer Rico James (Self Portrait) and Sacramento rapper PreciseMC (Ill Effect). The duo connected in the Vermont hip-hop scene in 2016 and banded together to provide a creative outlet for their underground inspired brand of gritty hip-hop. Joined by guest artists DJ Kanganade, Trono, DJB, MC Cormac and BP & Praduh, the first release from the PR DepARTment, "Pilot" serves as an opening introduction in the duo's quest to spread head-nodding beats and quality rhymes to the public
