Don't Ask was conceived on Sunday afternoon. Initially, the 3 part funk guitar track was put down as the staple of the groove. The electronic synth parts were then added in to give the track more depth. As the sun set on that Sunday afternoon and the sky turned orange, the track was almost completely laid down, and the inspiration was captured.....
