This album consists of music for 4 documentary films produced for Swiss and German television. "The Dada Principle" was produced by SRF Swiss Television for the 100 year anniversary of the birth of the Dada movement, at the Cabaret Voltaire in Zürich. "Mensch 2.0" was directed by Alexander Kluge and Basil Gelpke (for NZZ Format), about various possibilities of extending human capabilities and life span through robotry and other means. "Tsunami - Catastrophe of a Century" was produced by NZZ Format, for the 10 year memorial of the Tsunami in the Indian Ocean that took millions of lives, and "CSI Thailand (Die Totenleserin Suite) was also produced by NZZ for a film portrait of the female Thai forensic expert Dr. Porntip, known as Dr. Death.
