Barry shares his love of this country through his music, in his albums, and his original songs. His patriotic, farmland spirit of a singer is so filled with the love of God that you can feel it when you listen to his music. Barry was a fourth generation Kansas farmer that picked up the guitar at the age of 35. He soon was asked to perform in local churches and then on to festivals and eventually even Carnegie Hall in New York City! In this cd, he honors the men and women who have served in the armed forces protecting our homeland! The title song, Welcome Home, is especially dedicated to our Vietnam Veterans who were so mistreated for their homecomings! This is Barry's way of saying to them, Welcome Home!
