"A Jubilee Of The Senses". A soundtrack to a journey visiting some of the world's great techno cities: Nottingham's Invitation Au Voyage gets the opening scene with a brooding sunset called Antigen. Chicago-based film-maker and musician Sam McQueen takes us for a Night Ride on the city's Lake Shore Drive. We then travel to Manchester and the sonic alchemy of English Electric before heading to Detroit where Todd Modes is our guide to midnight on Cass Avenue. Finally we settle in South London for Twonk's "La Phase D'Augustine". Starting with spacey, psychedelic drones and moving into a combination of delicate, jazzy keys and a bubbling acid line.
