Frozen Sun comes from Albany, New York, and this self-titled album is their debut. The album features songs like Warlord, Don't Dance In The Street (a song about 9/11 and the ills of religious extremism), and Electric Nemesis, all which showcase the band's power and lyrical talent, while tunes such as Power Mountain and Dark Rider show they can bring the riffs. The band has undergone a few changes since 2012, but the present lineup of Jackson Tollerton on Vocals, Tristen Jarvis and Nick Stamas on Guitars, Dhani Muniz on Bass, and Nick Davies on Drums is the most powerful group the band has had. The band won the 2012 Gorilla Music Battle of the Bands at Upstate Concert Hall, and have been gigging in the local area, in support of this album. They play all around the Capital region of New York. The band is currently in the process of writing their second album of original songs, and are always hungry to play the music they love.
