Armed with another massive release, MFR Records are proud to release another EP, this time from North London producer Spekktrum with his You Got It EP. Kicking off the EP with the self-entitled You Got It, Spekktrum provides some heavy yet restrained beats with the use of drum drones and layers of mystical synths ready to take you away. The tracks structure sparkles with the input of some sensual female vocal samples yet escalates to a different world with its highly anticipated drops. You Got It is perfect for the house raver ready to get down to some 90’s style music. Spekktrum continues the use of sensual female vocals in Clouds which provides a darker but lighter feel to raving. The second track into the EP will make it near impossible not to at least sway from side to side through its tightly threaded percussion and progressive hi hats, it has a vibe that hypnotise both the emotions and the hips. Drenched in layers of bass, Hold You holds the equation to a ravers dream record. Consisting of a heavy bassline some rhythmic drums and kicks and some soulful vocals slithering on top, it’s a record likely to knock the wind from your lungs.
