My Identity is an album about discovering who you were created to be. The question of the music project is, “Do you know who you are?” Growing up without a father, Jaylon struggled about who he was as a person, a man, and a leader. He often would let his circumstances, his failures, and the opinions of other people define him.

Through Jesus, supportive friends, and family members, Jaylon discovered that he was created for so much more. This album takes the listener on the journey that Jaylon traveled to discover his identity. Ultimately, Jaylon challenges the listener to examine his or her own identity.
