简介
C4 is a solo artist from the Southwest side of Houston. At 29 years of age, C4 has over 15 years of rapping, songwriting and performing expierence. He grew up with and spit rhymes with... Lil O, Z-Ro, Street Military, The Fakkulty, Bad Akktors, and many more Mo. City favorites. Ruff, straight to the point lyrics and catchy hooks has made C4 a new Houston icon. He seems to re-invent his style on each beat he rips, with uncanny vocabulary and "eminem-style" wit that makes most repeatedly yell, "Did you hear what he just said?" An entertaining rhapsody that feels more like a movie than an album, C4 blasted on the scene in the summer of '05 with the long overdue "Evolution of the Live Wire". The debut album received much success but was limited by the 1,000 copies that were pressed. Albums were sold over the internet, at shows, out of the trunk, and at local music shops in and around Mo. City. The sophomore release is the trunk rattlin mix tape "Hustlemania vol. 1: The Prophecy". Here we get to hear C4 over industry standard polished tracks, and boy did he deliver!! Duets with Akon and instrumentals that are so new you probably haven't heard em yet, will keep your head bobbin for over an hour! It has been said that C4 has a voice like Busta Rhymes mixed with Scarface, very powerful and compelling. He has a special way that he carries you on a voyage with his deep baritone lows and tenors of excitement, a broad range that's not seen in any of today's artists. C4 has been influenced by every artist to cut a record outta Houston. From the legendary Scarface to the legendary K-Rhino. Street Military and Bun B, Big Mike to the 5th Ward Boyz. On the mainstream... 2Pac, Biggie, Jay Z, Eminem, Ludacris, Rakim, Nas and every other REAL lyricist!!! I'm big on rappers that master the art...not those who cheat the art(Mike Jones, Ying-Yang Twins). "I think rappers that breathe life in the game are more important than those who just suck from it." -C4- Sounds Like Nothing you've ever heard!!! Mix the mind eminem and the soul of Pac, the delivery of Ludacris and I'm what you got.
