Polska is a uniquely Swedish 3/4 time couple dance form which pre-dates the waltz. There are many different kinds of polskas from the different provinces and villages of Sweden. Melody and harmony are in separate speakers for music-minus-one. Use this in several ways: Listen to just the melody to focus on the details. (Slow it down or change key with shareware called the Amazing Slow Downer). Make up harmonies to play with the melody track. Learn Stefhan’s harmony by listening only to that track.
