Originally formed in 1987, The Suspenders started singing Do-Wop songs from the 1950’s. To compete in high school competitions locally, they started singing Jazz, which helped them learn new ways to stretch their vocal talents. After high school they were awarded scholarships to attend I.C.A. (Institute of Communication Arts) where they graduated and soon after put together their own studio to record their music. They have recorded 4 albums as The Suspenders, and have enjoyed performing all over North America. This is their fourth album, recorded in Surrey, British Columbia at Heavenly Hit Studios.
