Originating from Moncton, New Brunswick CAN, Martine’s debut album, “Here to Stay” is composed of 12 original songs, which were written and composed by Martine Kelsey. Since her album release in 2002, Martine has toured throughout Canada and in parts of the U.S. sharing the stage with other prominent Christian Artists such as; Starfield, Downhere, The Silent, Jake, Steve Green, Jon Buller, The Toronto Mass Choir and 2-time Grammy Award Nominee, Fresh I.E. and has been featured on National Television several times including the CBC and Global’s 100 Huntley Street.

Surrounding her debut album release, Martine Kelsey received award nominations including: Gospel Artist of the Year at the 2003 [East Coast Music Awards in which she performed live] and Female Artist of the Year and New Artist of the Year at the 2003 [SHAI/VIBE Awards - now better known as the CAN GMA's] where she also performed live. Martine Kelsey was later awarded the Artist of the year award at the 2004 Mercy Awards in New Brunswick Canada.
