Hey guys! My name is Lauren Dair Owens and I am 17 years old. Growing up, my only exposure to music what the classic rock songs that I would listen to in my dad's truck. From the time I was 3 years old, I would sing my little heart out 24/7. At 12 years old, I began songwriting and found it to be my escape from reality. Songwriting became the one thing that made me feel safe at the end of the day. At 13 years old, I released my first EP "No Apologies" and two of the songs off the EP began playing in Kroger's, Ralph's, and Walgreens' all over the world. After the release of "No Apologies", I wanted to continue to work on my writing and development as an artist. Over the years, I have developed as a writer and it has become a great passion of mine. I have been told by many that I am lyrically beyond my years and have a way of connecting with people that is rarely seen with someone my age.I also was the lead singer of the rock band Gravity Hill and toured all over Southern California, playing world famous venues such as the Roxy and the Troubadour. In 2014, I released my second EP "Remember the Broken." I am currently working on my third EP, which I feel will be a big step for me as an artist. I have been writing constantly in hopes of finding the perfect back of songs.
