K. I. L. Committee (Keep It Lit) is formed by the dynamic duo of Cleetus Kasiody and NutSo FLY, who hail from opposite ends of Northern California's Bay Area. Their debut Album, High All The Time, is a 12 song, 40 minute, smoke odyssey that showcases the duo's chemistry and diversity through a variance of HIGH quality production and unique sounds. Tracks like Keep It Lit, featuring J Taylor and produced by Bambino, have a California bounce and feel that is both nostalgic and fresh to all listeners. Keep It Lit is definitely a smooth party track that is meant for fun. Then there's Reminisce, produced by TraxxFDR featuring the sultry vocals of Savannah Soliz. Tryna Live, produced by Bre$EZ, was the first track recorded by K. I. L. Committee and set the tone for the development of both the group and album. The hard melodic bassline and organ keys give the song some darker elements within the groups spectrum of sound. Fantasy, produced by Pat The Mastermind featuring the beautiful voice of Samm, is the tribute to the lovely ladies who enjoy a nice smoke break. With a sexy vibe, Fantasy definitely aims to please the ladies ear through a smoke infused baseline and beacon sound that radiates through the song. Then there's the squad anthem FG Whoride, which feature the Floss Gang Family along with Skrilla Sam in a rapid fire, cypher-style JOINT.

Each track was meticulously chosen for this album to directly connect the High Times culture with Hip Hop and the long standing relationship between these two elements. The quality production and the duo's chemistry make this a d**e album and definitely something to smoke and ride to.
