At a very early age, DaNica began singing and making up songs and hasn't stopped since! Listening to her powerful, soulful, smoky voice, it's difficult to imagine that she's only 19 years old. Following a win at the world famous Apollo Theatre in New York City, and countless performances in other venues, DaNica traveled to LA, where she had the opportunity to work with many talented writers, musicians, producers and engineers, including grammy award winners Ted Greenberg and Bill Appleberry on her self-titled debut. The EP, a fusion of R&B, pop, and soul, showcases the incredible voice of this young and extremely gifted artist. Poised and ready to move onto the national/international music scene, DaNica continues to write and record new music, while looking forward to entertaining audiences for years to come.
