Pookie writes songs about the gritty side of life, bringing the stories alive with sparse instrumentation and heartfelt vocals. A founding member of hill-hop provocateurs Fish Fry Bingo, he has tagged most of the bar bathrooms along the I-35 corridor in Texas.
