Dave Chandler is much more than a New Age artist. His harmonic journey has evolved over three decades of exploration. He has successfully integrated a strong melodic sense with therapeutic and dynamic performance elements. Dave’s most recent instrumental release “Sunflower”, charted in the top 10 for New Age Radio. This music was featured on NPRS “Echoes” Ambient/New Age program and on over 100 NPR affiliates. As a ROCK performer, singer/songwriter and composer, Dave and members of his former band have shared the concert stage with artists such as Bonnie Raitt, The Kinks, Little Feat, Maria Muldaur and NRBQ. As a sonic explorer, Dave studied therapeutic music at Lesley University as well as studied directly with Master sound teachers Don Campbell, Jonathan Goldman, Benedick Howard and David Ison. Dave has done hundreds of vibroacoustic healing sessions with a sound table, orchestrating the human instrument with frequency and pattern. Dave’s long-term collaboration with Grammy Award winning producer David Correia has yielded 9 CD projects, 5 electroacoustic instrumental and 4 Singer/Songwriter. Dave’s music was been featured in Providence, RI’s Watefire event, and was selected “Best of New Age Music” by New Age Music Reporter.
