Sherri LaVon is on a mission from God to Due Something and to bring about change. Since the Fire in the Great Smoky Mountains, she is empowered to help and do something. Hero is dedicated to those fire fighters, the first responders, those that lost their lives. Sherri is empowered to meet Dolly Parton and sing this song with her live in the heart of the Smoky Mountains. Proceeds of this song will be donated to the My People fund that Dolly Parton has established to help rebuild the city.
