Every few years there comes a artist who captures the hearts, minds and souls of the masses. A man with a vision. This happens to be the year of Nomad Mr. Murk City, hailing from the gritty urban streets of Sumter, SC aka "Murk City". A city whose crime rate and lack of jobs leaves most people to succumb to the street life. Nomad chose to rise above the obstacles and to overcome the odds by any means necessary.
