On this “white in” album overwhelmingly realistic poems by Seido Haku depicts men’s illusions and reveals the truths of women, which may keep on living inside a man’s heart. Eight songs written by a team of Haku (words) and GEN (music) got transformed into a deeply emotional song collection featuring the latest arrangement of Kondo and Tomioka’s powerful vocal. This almost genre-less album sounds either very audacious or extremely naive. While maintaining its great energy animated by primitive colors, the total image of this album is strangely penetrated by a cool, transparent feeling which we ended up calling “white in”.

Haku tenaciously pursues women living at night, betrayal, sad dreams, loneliness and unheard voices to the extent that he seems to be obsessed. His words paint a picture of hopelessly foolish life which eventually rolls down like a balled-up paper waste. He writes about a smudged, tainted despair crouching under the midnight street lamp as if he is telling a fairy tale.
